A second Vice-President was appointed to the Management Board of Moto-Profil at the beginning of August 2019. The position was filled by Adam Kapek, previously President of the Management Board of MOTO Flota, a car fleet and servicing provider in Poland.

By the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Moto-Profil, Adam Kapek joined the company's Management Board at the beginning of August, assuming the position of Vice-President. Mr. Kapek's responsibilities include supporting the mobility and servicing market as well as the business development of Moto-Profil's partners, and relations with suppliers. Adam Kapek is a graduate of the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology in Ireland and MBA studies accredited by the Franklin University. He started his professional career at ING Bank Śląski and became the President of the Management Board of MOTO Flota in 2011.

Currently, the Management Board of Moto-Profil includes: Leszek Żurek - President, Michał Tochowicz - Vice-President, Adam Kapek - Vice-President and two members: Bogumił Papierniok - Managing Director and Adam Pawlak - Financial Director.
Andrzej Kisała joined the Management Board of MOTO Flota as a member.
