Privacy policy

The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by the users of the moto-profil.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Website.

  1. The controller of the personal data contained in the Website is Moto-Profil Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Chorzów at 10, Niedźwiedziniec Street, VAT No. 9542022592, REGON State Statistical No. 271218714, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
  2. The website obtains information about Users entered in forms based on their consent.
  3. The principles for the processing of personal data of job applicants are set out in the Privacy Policy for those applying for job at Moto Profil sp. z o.o.
  4. The data provided is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to answer a question, recruitment.
  5. The user who has entered the data in the form has the right to:
    1. view, modify, or delete the personal data,
    2. restrict processing and object to the processing of his or her data at any time,
    3. withdraw consent at any time - withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal,
    4. transfer data to another personal data controller,
    5. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  6. Personal data provided by the User will be processed for a period not longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which it was provided and until the existence of the Controller’s legal, accounting and tax obligations, and also until the limitation of any claims, and if consent to the processing of personal data has been given – until the consent is withdrawn.
  7. The Controller will exercise due diligence in order to adequately secure the personal data provided, and in particular against their disclosure to unauthorised persons.
  8. The personal data provided may be made available to entities that have a legal basis resulting from the law.
  9. The Website uses the services of suppliers who process the User’s personal data only at the request of the Controller. They provide the following services:
    • data analysis of Google Analytics and Google Signals to better understand on-line behaviour and trends and your marketing preferences (about Google, Inc.).
  10. The entities collecting and processing personal data on the Website are mainly from Poland and from the member countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of the suppliers are based outside the EEA (e.g. Google Inc. is based in the USA and provides a website statistics service called Google Analytics). These entities are required to comply with the principles set out in the EU-US Privacy Shield program regarding the collection, use and storage of personal data of European Union citizens (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of July 12, 2016 on the adequacy protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield) and contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission. If you have not consented to the personalisation of ads, Google will not collect your data as part of the Google Signals service. If such consent has been given, your data will be processed as part of this service. However, they will be processed in an anonymised and aggregated form, so that users who have agreed to personalise ads cannot be recognised.
  11. Legal basis related to the processing of personal data:
    1. Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services;
    2. Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law;
    3. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR);
    4. Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code.

COOKIES POLICY

Cookies are IT data stored on Users’ terminal equipment intended for using websites.

  1. The moto-profil.pl website does not collect any information automatically, except for information contained in cookies. Such information includes: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, user’s navigation path, and times on subpages.
  2. The Controller may used cookies to:
    1. improve the usability of the website and to adapt its content to individual User’s preferences
    2. create anonymous statistics based on Google Analytics (analysing Users’ activity on the website and demographic data), excluding the possibility of Users’ identification
    3. display remarketing ads using Google AdWords to the Users who have visited the website
    4. display personalised ads, tailored to the interests of the users and their on-line behaviour
  3. More detailed information on the methods for handling cookies can be found in browser settings. These settings allow the range of the User’s consent for placing such cookies in their browser to be determined. However, limiting or preventing the use of cookies may affect some of the website’s functionalities.

SECURITY POLICY

  1. The User of the website should take care of the security of his or her devices that have access to the Internet. The device should have an antivirus program with an up-to-date virus definition database, an up-to-date and secure web browser version, and an activated firewall.
  2. It is recommended to enable anti-phishing filters (tools) in the web browser, which check whether the website displayed is authentic and is not used for phishing purposes, e.g. by impersonating an institution or a given economic entity.
  3. Caution is recommended when opening attachments or clicking on links in e-mails that the User did not expect, for example from unknown senders. In case of doubt, it is worth contacting the sender, e.g. by phone.
  4. Files should only be downloaded from trusted sites. It is highly risky to install software from unverified sources.
  5. The User of the website using a home Wi-Fi network should set a safe and difficult-to-crack Wi-Fi password. It is also recommended to use the highest possible standards of wireless Wi-Fi encryption which can be run on your equipment, such as WPA2.
