Changes in Moto-Profil Management Board

The General Assembly of Moto-Profil’s shareholders decided about changes in the board of the company, due to death of Mr. Piotr Tochowicz, president of Moto-Profil.

The General Assembly of Moto-Profil’s shareholders decided about changes in the board of the company, due to death of Mr. Piotr Tochowicz, president of Moto-Profil.

 

On March 19th the General Assembly appointed:

  • Mr. Leszek Żurek, former vice president, to the position: President of the Board of Directors (CEO),
  • Mr. Michał Tochowicz, Director of Development and Strategy of ProfiAuto, to the position: Vice President of the Board.

 

The Assembly also decided to call up two Members of the Board, which are:

  • Mr. Bogumił Papierniok, Managing Director,
    and
  • Mr. Adam Pawlak, CFO.

The above mentioned persons are responsible for the company, its strategic decisions and daily operations, together with the team of directors and managers, who have been working at the company for years.
