Members of the ProfiAuto chain and Moto-Profil trade partners met in central Poland, at this year's biggest brand and company conferences. During the event the past business activities were summarised and development plans were laid down. Acceleration, cooperation, modern technologies and quality – these were the words which were heard most frequently at the conference presentations and discussions.
The annual conferences summarising the last 12 months of business operations, laying down the directions for the future and accompanied with a gala banquet for the partners has become a tradition of ProfiAuto and Moto-Profil. More than 450 guests were invited to the Narvil Hotel in Serock in Central Poland in the first weekend of October 2019. As usual, the morning meeting was dedicated to the partners of the ProfiAuto brand, and the Moto-Profil Trade Partners Convention was held in the evening. The net today consists of 121 ProfiAuto trade partners and above 1800 ProfiAuto Serwis branded car service shops.
“Businesswise, it was a dynamic year, and we can clearly see the effects. We have conducted a sound reconnaissance and made investments that offer the prospect of long-term growth. We have thought about every group of clients: stores and wholesalers, mechanics and their clients. We want to constantly increase their professional level and business awareness. We have a dynamic start of the next year ahead of us. We are shifting to the next gear and focusing on further development of ProfiAuto partners and service shops,” said Michał Tochowicz, Vice President of Moto-Profil, in the speech opening the ProfiAuto Conference. In the summary, he also emphasised the importance of this year's record ProfiAuto Show, the media success of the Car fallibility ranking according to Polish mechanics, and the development of the ProfiAuto mobile application. He also announced the launch of a large marketing project prepared in cooperation with the most recognizable media house in Poland, which aim is to promote the ProfiAuto Serwis network nationwide.
The special guest at the conference was Krzysztof Ignaczak, Volleyball World Champion, who presented the conference participants with the secrets of his path to success from his own perspective. He also stated that what the automotive industry and volleyball had in common was, for example, the same sporting spirit of victory. Vice President of Moto-Profil, Adam Kapek, spoke about modern trade policy in the ProfiAuto chain, and Andrzej Brylak, Business Development Director at Moto-Profil, discussed the changes in the expectations of the service shop clients and the tools helping modern service shops to evolve.
The ProfiAuto awards were presented for the first time at the meeting. Their goal was to distinguish leaders in such activities as online marketing, image-related activities, event marketing and the use of modern technologies. A special award was also presented for initiative in the ProfiAuto chain.
The Moto-Profil Trade Partners Conference started in the evening. It was inaugurated by Leszek Żurek, President of the company. “This is our annual celebration, a time of summary, discussions about business and making common plans for the future. It is a meeting I look forward to every year, because it is a rare opportunity when we can meet in such great numbers,” he said at the opening of the conference. Michał Tochowicz presented the business summary of the year, emphasising, for example, the two-digit rise in turnover, increased scale of operations and opening up to new markets.
After the official part, the participants enjoyed a gala dinner and an interesting artistic performance. The guests could attend the SOYKA Collective concert featuring the greatest hits of this artist and songs from the repertoire of Czesław Niemen.

The next ProfiAuto Conference and Moto-Profil Trade Partners Convention will be held next year. In 2019 the chain continues with the first edition of regional conferences for the owners of ProfiAuto Serwis car service shops.
